Delivery

All prices quoted include delivery for DFW cold therapy rentals, with a delivery of 30 to 50 miles. If the delivery takes longer, a delivery fee will apply. Please note that as soon as you have a date for your shoulder surgery recovery, contact me to book your medical-grade cold therapy machine. Deliveries can be made over the weekend, but we require advance notice.

We ask that on the day of delivery, someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm. The courier company will endeavor to send an email or text providing more accurate timings on the day of the delivery or pickup.

Collection

At the end of the hire period, we will make contact with you to arrange collection of the device or to extend the hire period. This is arranged on the last day of hire.
Your hire period will last for the selected dates and will be collected the day after hire end, for example, if your hire period is from the 11/06/24 – 25/06/24, it will be collected on 26/06/24. We are not able to provide a specific time for collection but the courier will contact you on the day of collection with a morning or afternoon slot for collection.
We do ask that on the day of collection (the day after hire end) someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm.
The unit must be drained before collection.
The Wrap chosen will be kept by the customer and can be cooled in the fridge to be used as a cold wrap after the unit has been collected.
The UNIT must be returned with the Control Unit, hose, plug, drain gadget and rental folder.

To rent a cold therapy unit, patients are required to purchase their own wrap. This policy exists for hygiene, sanitation, and infection‑control reasons.

Wraps are single‑patient use only
We do not reuse wraps due to germs, moisture, and skin‑contact contamination
Purchasing the wrap ensures proper sanitation and medical‑grade hygiene
The wrap becomes the patient’s personal item and is theirs to keep after rental
After recovery, the wrap can be placed in the freezer and reused for swelling or soreness
